Visante offers nationwide delivery services for customers who purchase products on our website, Fanpage, or through our hotline. Orders will be delivered to the customer's provided address via Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm or Viettel Post. Notably, all packages will have a Visante logo on the shipping label to ensure product authenticity.
1. Pricing
Prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Additional fees, if any, will be confirmed via hotline or email and must be approved by the customer during the order confirmation process.
2. Shipping Fees:
- Orders over 499,000 VND: Free shipping nationwide.
- Orders under 499,000 VND: A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies.
3. Delivery Time:
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 days after placing the order.
- Other provinces: 2-5 days for urban areas and 5-6 days for rural areas.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, remote locations, or carrier delays.
- In case of delays, Visante will notify you immediately and either reschedule the delivery or offer a refund if requested. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, except for issuing refunds for undelivered orders.
4. Shipping, Return, and Warranty Procedures:
- If you are unavailable to receive your order, the carrier will contact you to reschedule delivery (up to two times). If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the order will be returned to Visante, and a refund will be issued within 15 business days.
- If we are unable to contact you within 3 days of the attempted delivery, the order will be returned to Visante, and we will notify you of the order cancellation and initiate a refund within 15 business days.
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully to ensure they are complete and undamaged. Your signature or photo confirmation serves as proof of delivery.
- The carrier is responsible for delivering the order and collecting necessary documentation. We will securely store any collected information and use it only for order tracking, dispute resolution, customer support, or other lawful purposes.
- We recommend recording a video while opening your package to have evidence for potential returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
- Visante will only accept returns or provide warranties for products with manufacturing defects or shipping damage. We will contact you to provide return instructions and arrange for a replacement. Please note that returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order. The entire process, including refunds and replacements, will be completed within 14 days.
